Easy Returns:

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to start the process for you.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, simply send photos to [email protected] and we will ship you replacement parts at no charge. This is in lieu of asking you, the customer, to return the product and receive a replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies take effect.

Damages:

If you see that your items are damaged upon delivery, please send photos of the damaged parts to [email protected] within ten (10) days of receipt of said goods and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with Homestyles. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible. In most cases, damages can be resolved with replacement parts which we ship to you at no charge.

If you see that your items are damaged upon opening the packaging (concealed damage), please send photos of the damaged parts to [email protected] within ten (10) days of receipt of said goods and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf with Homestyles. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.

Defects:

Homestyles thoroughly inspects each item before leaving their facility. Each item is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should any issues develop during that 1 year period, we will contact Homestyles on your behalf to see if your problem can be resolved with a no cost replacement part prior to returning that item, freight prepaid, to Homestyles. If an inspection by Homestyles shows the problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Homestyles will repair (or, at our option, replace) and re ship your item without charge.

This warranty does not apply where:

•Repairs have been made and/or attempted to be made;

•Repairs and/or replacement are required due to normal wear and tear;

•The item has been abused, misused or improperly maintained; and/or,

•Alterations have been made and/or attempted to be made.

During and after the 1 year term of warranty, Homestyles shall not be liable for:

•Any indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages from the sale and/or use of the product.

After the 1 year term of warranty, Homestyles shall not be liable for:

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of “merchantability” and/or “fitness for a specific purpose”.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.
